Program Evaluation & Monitoring
To properly evaluate the effectiveness of a program (s) in your organization, we use research-based strategies to identify key challenges plaguing your organization and propose solutions.
We will identify:
- The goals of the program
- New and existing resources that will be used to support the program
- The main things that the project will do to meet the goals
- The number and types of tangible results that will be achieved (data sources and things that can be counted or directly observed)
- Short-term results of the program/project and how they will be measured (typically, changes in knowledge, skills, attitudes)
- Midterm results to include what steps to take after the initial outcomes
- Long-term results (typically, changes in broader conditions)
We use the following steps to develop a comprehensive evaluation of existing programs in your organization:
- Develop an evaluation plan
- Identify the purpose of the evaluation
- Develop research questions
Evaluation Methods:
- Needs assessment
- Data collection and outcome
- Site observation
- Interviews
- Focus groups
- Surveys
- Data Analysis
- Evaluation Results
- Evaluation Report
