Our story
Terence Ngwa, Ed. D is a trained educator and organizational leader with over 20 years of national and international service. He is deeply dedicated to strengthening and transforming organizational culture, empowering organizations and their employees, developing talent, and encouraging collaboration between management and its employees. A lifelong union activist and advocate, Dr. Ngwa has worked for many years to ensure an effective voice for employees, educators, parents, and students. He has a conspicuous presence in the community providing support to parents in supporting their children’s educational outcomes, serving as an advocate for students, facilitating workshops on parental involvement in education, college preparation, childhood trauma, bullying, and support for students with disabilities among other topics.
Dr. Ngwa works with small businesses, non-profit organizations, and schools on the following:
- Program evaluation and monitoring
- Organizational support and development
- Diversity and inclusion
Dr. Ngwa earned a doctorate in organizational leadership from Southeastern University, a master’s degree in educational administration from Trinity University and a bachelor’s degree in French and English from the University of Yaoundé I, in Cameroon.
In the last 17 years, he has designed and delivered training programs for executives from Social Security Administration, Harvard Medical School, Morrison University, Sierra Arts Foundation, Shell Eastern Petroleum, Singapore Armed Forces, Maryland Women Business Center, International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM), and several similar organizations. Since 2004, he has coached, consulted, and trained thousands of professionals from 20 countries in the use of business storytelling.
Gideon holds a doctorate degree in educational leadership with a focus on transformational leadership in education. In 2018, he was nominated Educator of the Year at Tongue Point Job Corps Center in Astoria.
